Oliver can't remember how he met Elspeth, but she's absolutely one of his favorite people for sure. There's a lot of gossip and burns when they're together, and laughter too. So far things haven't gotten too deep, but Oliver would absolutely show up with a baseball bat if Elspeth needed backup. There's an open offer of a wrist tattoo if she wants it.
